Update

Michelle is having a biopsy tomorrow on her kidney's. She has kidney disease. She has to start steroids and is not looking foward to that. Although it sounds horrible, she is in really good spirits and looking fabulous as always. When they did an ultrasound on her kidney's she got to see a little bit of baby number 4 and hear the heartbeat. She loved that. Her boys are all managing without her. A few more days and hopefully she will get to come home. I think Preston misses her the most. My poor sister.... I can't imagine having to be stuck in the hospital, and being without my kids. Especially when they are so close. We are all praying for her.

And I, Nephi,....

"And it came to pass that I, Nephi, did take one of the daughters of Ishmael to wife."
I thought this was funny, I found it while picking up today. Apparently Maddi's Polly was Nephi's wife. I don't know why I thought it was so funny, but it totally cracked me up.
I told the story of the 2000 stripling warriors for sharing time on Sunday, I included how their father's had made the covenant not to fight, and about Captain Moroni. Today the girls were playing with the scripture figurines... I overheard them saying, "you can't kill us, you promised Heavenly Father you wouldn't kill." I also found Captain Moroni's arm had been chopped off. Am I raising boys or girls here?

My Poor Michelley

My poor Michelley is really sick, and feeling like she couldn't survive any longer checked herself into the hospital. (No not the mental) She's having some kidney problems. Her poor Baby and hubby are sick with the flu and so I went and got the boys yesterday. We had so much fun. We played outside, made swords and sheilds, played computer and video games, ate popsicles, watched movies, ate lunch and dinner, and no one complained about my food. Horray for me. It was so fun to have Ben and Brigg. Michelle is still in the hospital, looks like we will be seeing more of the boys the next couple days. My girls love it. I hope they figure out what's wrong and I hope she gets better soon.

Chuck E Cheese

Same day as Primary Activity Day.... that's why my kids are in the same clothes.

We went to Chuck E Cheese with Grandma & Pappa Kriloff and cousins Jackson, Layton and Kinz. It was really fun, the kids had a blast. Thanks Grandma and Pappa!

Primary Activity Day

This is the girls at our latest Primary Activity Day. I was so glad someone got pictures of them, because I was busy running my station, so Adam took them around. I would have loved to of seen them working. It turned out really good I thought, I am so lucky to have such great people working with me. They are so awesome.

The greatest worst day!

On Saturday morning I woke up with one child on my head and another on my back, not to mention the one in my belly that only allows me to sleep in one position. I got up and got the girls busy. We had breakfast, they sat at the kids table, "Princess Marabelle" sat in a high chair on one side. Baby Minne sat in another chair on the other side, and the girls sat next to each of their own babies so they could feed them. That is how we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then we checked out our new dance clothes for ballet class. Had a little fashion show. Maddi's stuff for her birthday party arrived in the mail and we went through it all to make sure it was all there. I bought a blanket craft, and the girls helped me make a blanket. Which we then made a fort out of. We colored, we told jokes... our new favorite, "Why did the (blank) cross the road? To get to the other side." It doesn't matter what goes in the blank.... a cow, a spoon, a mermaid.... as long as it gets to the other side, the girls think it's hilarious. I also got a new calender for the kids. They are always asking what day it is, and what are we doing today. So I got a calender that they could keep track of all that stuff. Although some assembly was required. I got January done, now for the other 11 months.... The girls helped me laminate and cut. They were great helpers. They helped me get baby brothers new clothes out and take the tags off so we could wash them. I also got some cars for brother that we played crash with. It was fun. At one point Maddi looked right up at me and said, "Mom, this is a great day." We stayed busy all day long, we played, laughed and had a great time. At night we read stories, brushed our teeth, said prayers and went to bed. Despite all the great fun we had, by the end of the day I picked up the keys, told Adam I'll be back, and I took off to the grocery store. I hate going anywhere at night by myself, but I had hit the limit. All day long, as busy as I tried to keep them, as much fun and excitement we had, had.... the girls fought all day long. The were in timeout at least 4 times each. They got grounded to their rooms once each, they got toys taken away, we lost tv time, I even spanked a child. (Which I don't believe in). No dishes got done, no laundry, the only laundry that was cleaned was left on the kitchen table and got knocked off once during coloring time, and once right before dinner. We had two accidents on the floor. Nothing got cleaned, none of my primary stuff got done, no bills were paid. Crayons were scattered all over the kitchen along with all the now shredded coloring pages. Every couch cushion was off the couch. By ten that morning I was already at my limit, but decided to keep trying for a good day. When dad came home, I tried to take a timeout for me, I got a bowl of ice cream and put on a chick flick. Until Dad and the girls came bursting in wrestling and screaming.... and wouldn't leave me alone. So I turned off the movie and went to the office for a few rounds of solitaire. Still I got interrupted. That's when I said I'm out of here. Looking back on it all, I think Maddi was right. It was a great day. I have so much to be thankful for. Here it is Monday, and I still have everything I had on Saturday. Just more of it.

Sweet Escape

I'm posting this song on my website for one reason.... last summer when we went to Sunsplash we all went for a ride on the lazy river. The song playing was Gwen's Sweet Escape. The girls thought it was so fun. Every time we hear it on the radio they get so excited.... they sing the whoo hoo's along with it and we have to tell about Sunsplash and the lazy river. It was a great family moment.

Where in the World is Maddi???

It got very quiet this afternoon, so I went on a search for the children. Katie was downstairs drawing a picture of Princess Aurora, and she was pretending to be Prince Phillip. I asked her where her sis was.... (Princess Aurora) AKA Maddi. She said she was sleeping in her bed. So I went upstairs and looked in her bed... no Maddi. I looked in Katie's bed.... no Maddi. I looked under the bed.... no Maddi. I looked everywhere.... no Maddi. Just as I started to panic I heard a little sigh coming from her closet. I opened the door to find Princess Aurora, asleep on her bed. Adam said I had to take pictures and send it to Mom and Dad. He said because that was so me??? So here it is.

MY NEW BEDDING

This is my new bedding I am so excited to have it. I totally love it!
I have been searching for something I really loved that Adam could still feel manly in. After my last allergy attack with the last bedding, I decided it was time to get something new.

Last week we went back to McCormick Ranch at night and took another ride on the train. They had some really cool displays. I think it was better than Zoo lights, to be honest. Next year I might skip Zoo Lights and just go to the "train park". We did go on the last night of Christmas Lights, so it was a little crowded, but not too bad. We only waited like 10 minutes for the train. Then we went to 5nDiner and had chocolate shakes. It was a fun night. These are a few snapshots of us there. Elmo, Cookie Monster and Scooby Doo were there too. As you can see Katie was a little nervous at first, but once we got going the thought it was so cool. Especially all the tunnels of lights.

The other day I heard Katie singing and playing her heart out on the piano. She was just flipping the pages in the Children's song book. Whenever she got to a page with pictures she would sing about the picture. Katie is such a great little singer. This just goes to show, you don't need to know how to play the piano, or read words to sing a great song. This particular song she is singing is about Michael & John (from Peter Pan) NOT helping Nephi build his boat in the Latter Day.

Happy Anniversary to Mom and Dad!
I couldn't have asked for better parents. I love you both. Hope you had a great one!

McCormick Ranch Railroad Park

We had such a fun time with our cousins at the park. Riding the train, playin' on the playground, riding the carousel, and eatin' pizza and pasta at the sweet tomatoes. Thanks for a fun day.
