When we got the blessed trampoline from Santa Mom said we should get a net, Dad said, "no". Mom said we should level it in the ground, Dad said, "no". Caution the next few images are not for the faint of heart.
Turn the music off, and the volume up. This is Adam being funny! At what point did mom burst out in tears?? Well I kept it together, but there were many times last night I didn't think I would. They had to transfer Katie to another hospital via ambulance. She was so scared, and only one of us could go with her. She wanted Dad. Ok mom, don't cry yet....
Katie was actually quite the trooper. She didn't cry too much. In fact we had a hard time keeping her down. We found Disney games on the computer. They gave her stickers, and a teddy bear she named, Mari Keri Beary. Adam had to walk the halls with her for almost an hour. They gave her coloring books of which she drew pictures of her riding in the ambulance. By the way did I mention she is left handed? Of course!
Katie was really upset that she didn't get a real cast just a splint. This morning before she even opened her eyes she said, "Now can I get a cast, because it is a new day." If everything goes well we will have a cast in 7-10 days.
This is them knocking her out... and she got really happy! I had to leave while they reset her arm because they did it under live x-ray, and pregnant mom couldn't stay. Ok now is it ok to cry??
Katie woke up for a little bit, and then wanted mom to come snuggle her back to sleep. Ahh... ok! She was also mad that they had to cut her pj's. Bummer!

Katie wanted to get dressed all by herself this morning, and made crafts and got herself breakfast. Zachary Parker braught Katie a June doll and fancy jewelry. Maybe breaking your arm isn't so bad? And Dr. said she had to eat lots of popsicles.
